After the Community Hub dinner this past Monday (July 1) the parish and visitors from the wider Orthodox community gathered together to pray the Akathist to St John of Shanghai and San Francisco. FrDn Michael brought out the Parish's Icon of St John which contains the beloved saint's relics and led the community in singing the beautiful Akathist that commemorates and petitions St John the wonderworker for his help and prayers for the life of the world.
