Screening of Sacred Alaska Film

Join us on Wednesday June 25th at 6:30pm for a screening of "Sacred Alaska" by Simon Scionka, a Sub-Deacon of the Holy Theophany Orthodox Church in Colorado. 

Sacred Alaska is an award-winning documentary that offers an intimate look into Native Alaskan culture and spirituality. It showcases the profound influence of Orthodoxy, introduced by Russian monks in the late 18th century, on Alaskan society. The film highlights the unique way Alaskans have woven their indigenous beliefs with Orthodox traditions, deeply influencing their worldview

Join us at St Silouan Orthodox Church (237 Sackville St (Lower Level), Toronto) for an evening of compline, a screening and a discussion led by Father Paul and Deacon Michael.
