Support the Mission of St. Silouan Orthodox Church This Christmas

As 2025 approaches, St. Silouan the Athonite Orthodox Church celebrates growth, blessings, and continued outreach in the heart of Toronto. Over the past year, the parish has expanded by 20%, welcomed new catechumens, and enriched its spiritual and community life through initiatives like Phos (our Sunday school program) expansion, a vibrant liturgical life, and local outreach.

Highlights include:

• Parish Growth: A thriving multicultural community with a lease secured in the cathedral until 2029.
• Community Engagement: Weekly meals, seniors' knitting circles, and children’s homework clubs, creating a haven of camaraderie and care.
• New Noble Joseph House Ministry: Focused on holistic care, including plans for a foot care clinic, medical services, and support for individuals living with diabetes.
• Diocean Blessings: Hosting Metropolitan Gregory and sponsoring children for Camp Nazareth.

This year, the church aims to raise $25,000 to support these programs and expand its ministry. Donations over $500 will be acknowledged with a name inscription on the parish’s iconostasis.
